We entered a competition run by Spotlight and the Get Creative Magazine last year where the prize was a trip to the Houston International Quilt Festival. There was also a state prize of a $250 Spotlight gift voucher as well. As a wonderful surprise Maree won the trip and I won the Victorian State prize. We both went to the Festival and had so much fun and got overloaded with ideas. Below are the quilts we entered.
