I remember as a little girl ‘popping’ the fuchsia buds in my mother’s garden.
When I saw this stunning fuchsia border print it inspired me to combine it with two of my favourite pieced blocks in vibrant colours to match the fuchsias. The design includes mitred corners to showcase the border fabric and the complex square-in-a-square design of the quilt.
